Baby Joshua has Arrived!

The Brown family is now a family of four! At 1:25PM today (August 7, 2008), Nicole gave birth to Joshua Matthew Brown. Josh took some cues from his big brother Caleb; for both boys, Nicole's water broke about two weeks early, and the baby was born with the help of a midwife about a day later. In Joshua's case, we had the added excitement of doing a planned home birth (as you might be able to tell by the pictures below). Nicole and Joshua are both healthy and doing well. Joshua weighed in at 8 lb 1 oz, and is about 21 inches long.
