Moved!

For anyone who's wondering, we have finally completed our move (at least Phase I). Here's what we've been up to. On March 15 we loaded up both of our cars with as much stuff as we could pack in, and drove to the temporary furnished apartment in Indiana. That was quite a drive! I had the Equinox which was packed to the gills, and Nicole had the Corolla with Caleb, the cats, the fish, and several plants. Anyway, for the week of March 17 I was working at my new location and Nicole was working from home. In the evenings we looked at houses. Then on Good Friday we headed up to Grand Rapids to spend Easter weekend with family. On Easter, after a delicious dinner at the Buick's house, Nicole and I hit the road for Pittsburgh (leaving Caleb with Nicole's mom for the week). Last week I was in a training class Monday through Thursday, and Nicole worked from home. The moving company packed up all of our furniture, and the rest of our stuff, and left on Wednesday. That night we put everything that was left over into the Equinox and headed for a hotel. We closed on our house late in the afternoon on Friday, and then on Saturday drove from Pittsburgh to Indiana, unloaded the car, then headed back to Grand Rapids to collect our son. Yesterday we came back down, and are now officially moved into the furnished apartment (and staying here for at least a little while).
